Retire rubygem-mongrel

I use to love mongrel, but after meeting unicorn, i must say it rocks
and i totally forgot mongrel.

Unicorn itself its already packaged, however, it needs some work on
dependencies (+reviews) in order to run the test suite (nokigiri
fedora version is at beta stage).

r under their way to be reviewed...

So, for now, i decided to go test Unicorn out of the building system
until nokogiri makes it.
