The initrd.addrsize file is generated when a tree is composed, so unless
that's happened, that file will be missing from the ftp site. It's
possible the ftp site is just storing a yum repository of built packages
and some older images to perform installation. A full tree compose needs
to happen in order to get all of the other supplementary such as
initrd.addrsize.
