There are a couple of moving parts in play --- This may be 
incidental to the F21 to F22 cutover

There is the mindshare shift to using a DVCS for development, 
rather than snagging a SRPM into a build / devel system

But I had not seen an indication that RawHide SRPMs were going 
away

I post such that if this is some unintentional deletion, it 
might be addressed
