few things to look forward in F-23 :-)
- gcc-go built docker & co for secondary arches
- Mono 4 - already updated in primary [1] and we are getting there too

The Mono stack lacked active maintainers until these days, so for F<=22
we need to live with the outdated 2.10.

The cross compilers (from cross-gcc package), targeting rather kernel
or firmware development as they are built without C library support, are
now stuck at 4.9.2, because the latest 5.1.1 has some build issues [2].
