[erlang] Work around rawhide (f16) fop bug by using prebuilt docs

    Work around rawhide (f16) fop bug by using prebuilt docs
    
    We can change that back once the buggy fop package (fop-1.0-14.fc16,
    bug 689930) has been fixed.
