When the list of spins is finalized or when each spin is finalized?
Note that finalized is pending the spin owners do their sign off at GA.
A spin could get yanked at the last minute.

The final approved list is pretty much ready, though there is tinkering of
the labelling of MeeGo, so I haven't marked that one as completely signed
off even though only the details are in question, not final approval.

I think AOS is at risk, but for now the plan is to go ahead with it.
