I did at Rahul's suggestion a while back. While the reason was good it was
felt that I hadn't had enough experience as a packager. I'll reapply
eventually, but not right now.

In this case the things are blocking other people so someone will fix them.
I had been more concerned about fixing games, where there was less notice
of problems because they were leaf packages.
