[Fedora-spins] Creating Eletronic, System-Admin and Wine groups in F15

The F15 based remix show some of the application which were under System >
Administration on F14 ( or previous)
now listed under "other".
And also applications installed with wine appears under "other" group.

More over Electronic applications also showing under "other" group.

Is it possible to create another three groups under Applications named
"Electronics", "Wine" and "Administrations" ?
