 This is about the approval of the spin according to the spins process. It
 has nothing to do with testing, QA or the release. We need to get the spin
 approved to get it into spin kickstarts to get it made to test it. So
 let's not create a chicken and egg situation but approve it.

 This being said, I'm +1.
