[Fedora-spins] Spin ready for approval

For us it really is the best promotional tool - to have the spin a few 
steps away from "Get Fedora". One of our main goals was to attract 
contributors to the Audio SIG, and having an endorsed Spin lends a lot 
of weight to that aim.

I will continue with the request to the websites team for the Fedora Jam 
page so we can at least point it to the nightlies. On the positive side 
there are great benefits in having an up to date ISO.

For Fedora 19 (this is also my first spin) I'll make sure I join the 
Spins SIG and speak up if it looks like we're losing momentum.

Should we be encouraging prospective Spins to participate in the Feature 
process to ensure these things don't fall of the radar?
