[Fedora-spins] master changes coming

In preparation for supporting arm in a decent way i plan to make some
changes in master this week.  that is to split out the package lists
from the livecd tweaking bits of the kickstarts.

this way we will be able to make images for arm by including the
package lists and they will be the same but keep the tweaking separate.

if you want to get an idea for what I will be doing look at the arm
branch in git
