GSoC payment for 2009 in limbo

[Karsten Wade]

We just got word from Google that last years mentor organization
payments were not paid out to Fedora/JBoss.  (I haven't been watching
the lists and missed the other discussion.)

There is now less than a week to give them someone to pay.

I'm unclear what to do ... ideas?
