GSoC schedule for students - After application process

Hi Buddhike,

You mentioned something about students filling out a questionnaire. Do we
need to request the link, just like we did for the proposal on the wiki, or
is it that you'll send out the questionnaire to everyone who has done
things correctly so far, without us having to ask?
