Students' application period has been started - GSoC 2014

Dear Students,

Application period has been opened for you to submit students' applications
for GSoC 2014 program. Please go through the instructions[0] carefully and
make it ready on or before the deadline (21 March, 1900 UTC)[1].

However The Fedora project has specific guideline[2] that every student
should adhere to. Therefore please refer to it and fulfill required
criteria.

If you are not sure that how should your proposal looks like please do
contact your mentor. If you have any issues with the application process
please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.
