Hey neat!  you're probably the first person who has tried to do an
install where you're creating a new windows type file system and
labeling it.  I think the basic crux of the problem is that
'dosfslabel' isn't in the manifest for the Fedora spin and thus isn't
in the install root.  Neat!  Please file a bug against distribution
with this and I'll try to fix it shortly.
