NFS Mount failed with RHEL 3.8 Server

I have been using fedora for some time sucessfully and could mount and use
out corporate file server. Since I have been using F7T4 I can no longer
access my files :(
I have had a quick google but can't figure out the problem, any suggestions?
[root at hook ~]# cat /etc/fstab
files:/mnt/raiddisk /mnt/raiddisk nfs
defaults,rsize=8192,wsize=8192 0 0
ftp:/var/ftp/pub /mnt/ftp/pub nfs
defaults,rsize=8192,wsize=8192 0 0
[root at hook ~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
ftp:/var/ftp/pub 270G 252G 5.0G 99% /mnt/ftp/pub
[root at hook ~]# mount -a
mount: files:/mnt/raiddisk failed, reason given by server: Permission denied
[root at neo05 root]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon Update 8)
[root at neo05 root]# cat /etc/exports
/mnt/raiddisk 192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0(async,rw)
172.16.0.0/255.255.0.0(async,rw) *.???.???.gov.au(async,rw,no_root_squash)
[root at neo05 root]# tail -3 /var/log/messages
