Eject works in f12, but not in f13.

I've got a Dell XPS 16 with some funky 'buttons' for multimedia keys and
eject at the top of my laptop. It appears the eject button isn't really
a key, but I'm not sure what it is. (You can't assign it in System >
Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts like you can the other multimedia keys)

see: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=513530

While I've reported this (for f12), I've just noticed that it was
recently fixed in f12, but doesn't work in f13.

How hard is it to chase down the patch that fixed this in f12 and apply
it to f13?
