Bugzappers EOL warning for Fedora 11

As part of the Bugzapper's housekeeping procedures we need to send out 
the warning about the upcoming auto-closure of all Fedora 11 bugs when 
the release goes EOL.

I will take care of making sure this happens, but I'd like someone to 
double check the query and proposed comment on the wiki page.  I plan to 
have the process run on 2010-04-27.  If you have any corrections, please 
add them to the wiki page.
