If you're thinking it's an anomaly that they're versioned differently,
it's not; they're separate .src.rpms and it's fine for them to not have
identical EVRs. The bug is just a bug, and it's fixed in icon-theme
2.30.1-3.fc13, which should land on your mirror soon (if you can't wait,
grab it from Koji).
