 You are right. But on that day, its test day

 example page]) will be provided with detailed instructions for testers.

 > If good number of translators have interest to join, this event would be
 better included in the trans-task schedule so that the reminder by John to
 be sent automatically on time.

 Thanks, an announcement will also be sent out as a reminder one or two
 days before the test day.
