Deltaisos and zsyncs available for F14 Alpha TC1 -> TC2

The Pirate Bay is back up at the moment, but the two F13 -> F14 Alpha TC1
torrents I posted yesterday have been deleted, and I still can't post new
torrents.  If the site starts allowing new torrent posts, I'll repost those too
if they're still missing.  In the meantime, use the direct downloads.
