Not Authorized (can't mount USB flash drive as normal user)

I am getting the same error when connecting my usb hard drive and thumb
drives.  I am using F14 rc3.1,,,,,seems like I was working in the TC's but
started with this error in RC2 or 3.  I have the 64bit version installed
from live dvd.
