 I don't think there is anything blocking this event.  However, it is a
 very focused technical topic that might not have a wide appeal.  So the
 burden is on the organizers to ...

  1. Identify and engage any interested devel+test communities
  2. Provide simple/easy-to-follow setup and test instructions

 If we are having trouble gathering interest ahead of time, we just need to
 adjust expectations on the number of participants.  You have fcami
 interested already, so that's a great start! :)
