F14 Alpha blank screen during install

I just tried a few different installs again as well. If I use
nomodeset, but let it try the radeon driver, I get a crash
in the driver, if I don't use nomodeset, I encounter the "no signal"
problem, and if I try the vesa driver, it crashes as well
(details added to bug 627073).

Fortunately the radeon driver works fine once I got f14
installed via VNC.
