Well, then the update submitter has deleted the old ticket, which IMO is a
MUST NOT. Several times before I've seen users referring to updates they
installed and which were still being offered by Yum/PackageKit at that time,
but not in bodhi anymore. Deleting bodhi tickets adds confusion.
