Desktop (pre) release validation test cases

Hi, everyone. Just to keep the group in the loop: for the F13 release
cycle we're planning extended validation testing for pre-releases and
the final release, incorporating some desktop testing alongside the
installation testing we've already done for all releases for a while.
These will be based on the new release criteria which have been
introduced with the advice of the desktop team.

I have been working on writing test cases for this validation testing,
and they are now mostly complete and can be found at:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Category:Desktop_Acceptance_Test_Cases

We'll be writing a matrix of these tests, much like the installation
test matrix, which will be filled in for each pre-release and final
release. For each (pre-)release, we will aim to run all tests, but only
the ones which relate to the release criteria for that particular
(pre-)release must pass for the (pre-)release to go ahead - if the
others fail that will be noted in the matrix but won't block the
release.

Please do chip in with any comments / questions / suggestions!
