Rawhide status

I went digging around to see what's up with no rawhide updates since
there hadn't been any announcement here and the rawhide status web page
isn't for real as yet.

I found some discussion in the releng meeting notes. It looks like
a python/glibc problem seems to be the cause. And someone was going to
see if untagging the latest glibc would help. So it sounds like late
today is the earliest possible time frame for a new update and it might
be longer.
