what components to file bugs against?

hi,

I have a few issues on my laptop and would like to file bugs. Only, I'm
not sure what components to choose. I need your help:

1. After my system hibernates, restarting gives a black screen 

(This is probably a nouveau issue)

2. Sometimes when the battery is critically low, it doesn't hibernate,
just improperly switches off. (power manager?)

3. /media sometimes has empty dirs left over in spite of safely removing
my external HDD.
(hal?)
