try:
yum update --skip-broken

to prevent a lot of these type of problems.

edit "/etc/yum.conf"

add the following line:
skip_broken=1

using --skip-broken will not fix the issue, it simply allows you to update
everything else but anaconda and its dependent files...

Not a fix, but work around...
