Hey,

I see that there's already a review[1] on for xnoise. You could either
join the review (it's a FE-NEEDSPONSOR) or request the reporter to give
up the review so you could package it instead. 

I haven't marked your review request as duplicate yet. Could you do that
once you've talked to the concerned parties please?
