When the error presents, are you offered an option to record the problem
directly in bugzilla?  If so, please do so.  If not, can you gather the
needed debug files and file a bug for this issue?  Basically, include a
screenshot of the error (press <shift>Print Screen), and all log files
from the installer (/tmp/*log).  For more debugging tips, please see
