Tip:  Does your system come with a floppy drive? or is the floppy
drive not disabled in the bios?
For the F13 RC3 installation I have performed, this caused issues and
timeouts: errors on /dev/fd0
It seems like the system hangs, but in fact tries to read information
from a device which does not exist.
