 Hi Michal

 You have already demonstrated that you have read the required documents
 and understand the responsibilities of proventesters, so I am happy to
 sponsor you.

 I have updated the FAS record, and you are now a proventester.  Please go
 ahead and test packages, particularly critpath ones, as a proventester.
 As we move into the post-beta stages of the f14 development it is also
 important to test f14 to make it as good a release as is possible.
