Still can't spice up my Windows XP KVM

I noticed new qemu stuff show up in updates-testing, so
I tried updating everything and attempted to run my
Windows XP KVM with spice again.

There is progress of a kind: Instead of exiting with an
error, the spice client now shows me a tiny window that is
all window manager decorations and a zero sized content :-).
