That's not RC3. RC3 is linked from the test matrix -
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Results:Current_Desktop_Test . The
nightlies do not have the full RC3 package set as some packages are not
yet in stable and are being pulled from a side repo for RC3.

This is a known bug and in fact is one of the reasons we have an RC3 -
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=635396 . It's fixed in the
proper RC3 image.

Thanks for testing! But could you please use the real RC3 images from
now on? Thanks :)

Ideally all fixes should be in stable and so the nightlies would match
the Beta images exactly, but in this tight timeframe we don't always
have time to wait for update push/compose :/
