This fixes two bugs related to readding a device to an array, one that would cause the readd to fail and an add to be done instead (which requires significantly more resync load to bring the device back into the array) and another in regards to the usage of the writemostly flag being incorrectly copied from existing drives in the array to the newly added drive.
This also fixes a bug related to certain imsm arrays refusing to assemble because the arrays were created with other software that set attribute bits that we don't use. Now we ignore those bits as they are meaningless. We honor all the bits that actually effect how the BIOS treats the array, the other bits don't effectively alter how we need to handle the device.
This also fixes the 65-md-incremental.rules file so that udev autoassembly should now work in the following cases:
nested md raid arrays (aka, two raid1 arrays, and a raid0 array created from the raid1 arrays, in the past only the two raid1 arrays would get assembled automatically, not also the raid0 array)
md raid arrays on top of dm based devices (such as encrypted partitions or lvm logical partitions)
md raid arrays on top of dm multipath devices (previously, the md raid stack would grab the multipath path device instead of waiting for the multipath device itself to come up and would lock multipath out of accessing the underlying path)
