Anaconda slower install?

Is it just me or does it take longer time to install now then it did before?

Does anyone know if we or team anaconda are measuring this as in.

A) resource consumptions

( the more resources it requires/uses == fewer will be able to install )

B) How long a it takes to perform a stock install

( Longer time == worse end user experience )

If we aren't measuring this perhaps we should and go back to the day FC1 
for full potential trend coverage..
