F15 Samba now working.

I got F15 Samba working by adding the following two lines
to the smb.conf file that worked with Fedora 14.  Why this
change is needed for F15 and not before is a mystery.

Between that and getting F15 to properly configure the two
Ethernet interfaces kept me up all night.  Hate to admit it,
but all night hacking sessions get to me more than they used to.

hosts allow = 192.168.1.0/24 127.0.0.1
hosts deny = 0.0.0.0/0
