TOPIC: Fedora 18 status, mini blocker review

	* Alpha TC3 is up and at least vaguely bootable, still in
	  highly broken state
	* TC4 landing shortly, most likely
	* releng is going to talk to bcl about the state of
	  livemedia-creator and the possibility of going back to
	  livecd-creator for now
	* See wiki page for results of mini blocker review
