False alarm, my bad. As TC3 compose was delayed it already got the new
anaconda (18.37.3). TC3 is state of the art and TC4 probably won't come
super fast, please go ahead and test TC3.

Note that TC3 ought to support Secure Boot! If anyone happens to have a
Win8 system lying around, please try it out.
