Network unstable in F17 after latest NetworkManager updates

Same hardware here. I've had a ticket filed

  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/794834  (p37p1 interface disconnects again)

in February, but I've closed it on March 20th due to lack of
reproducibility after reenabling NM again. For one month I've had NM
disabled and used "ifup p37p1", which worked.
