Moving Gnome Boxes Test Day One Week

The Gnome Boxes test day is currently scheduled for tomorrow,
2012-05-03 but the wiki page is still has no test cases and thus is not
ready for tomorrow.

After talking to Petr Schindler this morning, we agreed that it would
be best to delay the test day by one week to the currently empty
2012-05-10 slot so that there is more time to prepare the test cases.

I have made all the required wiki changes and updated the associated
trac ticket.
