F17: LAN interface renamed from em1 to em15. Why?

Hi,

my LAN interface was named *em1* since starting with F17. But this week
I saw it's name has been changed to *em15*. Who could be the culprit?

01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (rev 01)
