I forgot to mention: the working Live CDs I tested (Gnome and XFCE
i686), were tested using KVM on a Fedora 17 guest. Of course, the Gnome
one failed with the sad face logo, but it booted nonetheless. If you
need further testing, I'll do it, time provided.
