Test case updates: GUI repository test cases

Hey, folks. Just to notify the list that I updated a few validation test
cases for newUI, the interactive repository test cases:

These used to suggest adding an incomplete supplementary repository and
testing installation of a few packages from that, but you can't do that
with newUI, so I adjusted them to simply test using (respectively) a
specific HTTP/FTP server, a mirror list, or a specific NFS server as the
primary repository.
