That's another issue - yes, there's Feature List but it's not 
intended as list of features for magazines to write about or its' our
internal development tracking list. And marketing team works on top
of it for release announcements. Then it's ready for magazines...

The issue with release blocking desktops is more difficult - you
need both testers willing to test the desktops and also strong
team of developers who are able to fix problems and not to block
Fedora release. For non-blocking desktop it's much more easier, Dan
Mashal (the Feature owner) is working on better Mate visibility and
easier installation.
