This is a known bug and I explicitly wrote in the TC4 request that it 
would still be present in the TC4 images, so reporting it again isn't a 
lot of use. I've asked Vratislav on the bug to provide us with an 
updates.img built against TC4 so we can avoid this bug for further testing.
