Updates for f19?

Is there any needed knowledge for doing this? I don't know (at least yet)
most of what is needed most likely but can do it time wise. If there is a
link to learn what's needed then I can do it (any way I will ask here for
improvements but its better if I will know what I am doing [?]
 )
