F20 KDE popups

It seems I am getting a popup msg (in the top middle of the msg it has
the topic "Local system message service) with various warnings/msgs from
my log(s),and the popups appear in the top/middle of my screen, one on
top of the other.  And you have to click on them to get rid of them.

How the heck do you turn that off?  It is very annoying to say the
least.
