yum-utils for Prioirity inclusion into DNF utils package

    As a frequent tester during the alpha-beta-final progression and
user of fedora I have found the following useful.

package-cleanup
yum-complete-transaction
show-installed
yumdownloader
reposync

   And while not part of yum-utils, I've also found the integration of
yum and etckeeper useful.  DNF presently appears to lack this integration.
